RevealMyRisk is a business-to-business security tool. It provides a governed interface to licensed third-party breach-intelligence data sources. The operator is a technical intermediary and neither collects, creates nor verifies the underlying breach data.

Access is granted exclusively to accounts provisioned by the operator or an authorised administrator. There is no public registration and no consumer offering.

Content is compiled with care, but the operator gives no warranty as to accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose. As a service provider the operator is responsible for own content under general law, but is not obliged under §§ 8–10 DDG to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity.

Results returned by the platform originate from third-party datasets. The operator accepts no liability for decisions taken on the basis of these results, nor for any direct, indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the platform, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, or where liability is mandatory by law.

External links point to third-party content over which the operator has no control. Responsibility lies solely with the respective provider. No permanent monitoring of linked content takes place without concrete indications of an infringement.

Users may query only identifiers, domains and assets they own or are contractually authorised to assess. Any misuse — including surveillance of third parties, credential abuse or unlawful data processing — is prohibited, contractually and by law, and lies within the sole responsibility of the user. The operator logs all queries and cooperates with lawful authority requests.

All layout, source code, texts and graphics of this platform are protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution or exploitation outside the limits of copyright law requires the operator's written consent.

The operator is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
